    Privacy Policy

Yes — this should be updated now that Innovative Measures LLC provides nursing and consulting services, because your intake/consultation process may collect considerably more sensitive information than a training registration form.

Maryland’s Online Data Privacy Act has been in effect since October 1, 2025 and provides Maryland consumers rights involving access, correction, deletion, and certain uses/disclosures of personal data. Whether every provision applies to Innovative Measures depends on factors such as the volume and type of data you process, so I would have counsel review the final website policy once your intake workflow is live.
